Connor Porter BSc (Hons) MRICS

Founder & Director, PSQUARED
Connor began his career delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in London before moving into specialist concrete, basement and structural frame works. He later transitioned into residential construction, developing a strong understanding of both commercial management and on-site delivery.
Recognising that smaller developers, architects and homeowners rarely receive the same structured support and professional oversight found on major schemes, Connor founded PSQUARED to bridge that gap, provide expert guidance and implement good practice across the industry.
Alongside his consultancy work, Connor also undertakes his own developments, giving him a genuine appreciation of the pressures, priorities and risks faced by all parties, from investors and designers to contractors and clients.
This blend of technical expertise, commercial discipline and first-hand developer experience allows Connor to guide projects with clarity, practicality and a strong focus on achieving value, quality and successful outcomes for every client.

Junior Quantity Surveyor
Jack joined PSQUARED in early 2025, beginning his career working across a range of residential projects, from extensions and renovations to high-end new-build homes and conversion projects. This early exposure to a multitude of various schemes has given him a broad understanding of the residential construction process, combining precise cost management, technical coordination and on-site delivery.
Alongside his role at PSQUARED, Jack is completing his BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, allowing him to apply academic principles directly to live projects while developing a strong foundation in construction economics, contract administration and best practice. Ready to start working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
Having worked closely with residential schemes, Jack is particularly attuned to the needs of homeowners and architects. He focuses on providing clear, commercially grounded advice that ensures every project delivers maximum value. Jack’s blend of academic rigor and hands-on diligence ensures that our clients receive well-managed, high-quality outcomes.
